In order to change data like your name, phone number, etc. in TALOFAPASS will depend if you have formally submitted a trip in TALOFAPASS.  See below:


  • If you have NOT submitted a Trip in TALOFAPASS (e.g. have not created any trips or your trip is only saved and does not show a status of processing):
    • To change any of personal information:
      • Go to https://talofapass.as.gov/ and login to your account
      • Go to Manage Profiles and edit the profile and information 
      • If you have any unsubmitted trips, go to Manage Trips, choose edit and change any information needed.





  • If you HAVE already submitted a trip in TALOFAPASS and it is currently under review (e.g. shows a status of processing):
    • To change your NAME:
      • Go to https://talofapass.as.gov/ and login to your account
      • Under Manage Trips, choose cancel trip, then create a new trip with your corrected information 
    • To change your flight confirmation number, birthdate or phone number:
      • Go to https://talofapass.as.gov/, click on the HELP widget and submit a support ticket noting your trip ID/traveler name with the new information you want to update.
